Service &
Maintenance

  • We service residential pools throughout Westchester County, New York (Mamaroneck, Scarsdale, Rye, Harrison, Larchmont, Purchase, Armonk, Port Chester) and surrounding areas.

  • Depending on your service plan, your weekly visit will include water testing and chemical balancing, filter inspection and cleaning, an equipment check of your pump, heater and automation, brushing and debris removal, and a detailed record of the visit.

  • We remove the winter cover, start up and test your system, balance the water chemistry, inspect the filter and equipment for winter damage, and recommend any system upgrades.

  • We lower the water levels to prevent freeze damage, clear circulation lines, prepare your equipment for winter, and install and secure your cover.

  • Yes. Every visit, chemical adjustment and equipment inspection is logged, so you know exactly what was done and when. We will also send you a photo when we are done servicing your pool.

  • We prioritize urgent issues during the season and will respond to you the same day. Seasonal contract customers receive priority service.
